It seems Microsoft leaked the final Rock Band tracks of January on xbox.com earlier tonight.  After promptly removing the tracklisting, only a mention of Oasis still remains.  The leaked tracknames and release dates are as follows-

With Grand Theft Auto 4 nearing release, Take Two has launched a preemptive strike against Jack Thompson and his inevitable legal assault. Let’s all hope that Jack learns a lesson in humility and starts respecting the first amendment.
